Payment Terms

Payment must be made in accordance with our payment terms. For custom orders, a deposit is typically required before production begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible, or cancellation fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
